Such an assurance does not, of itself, afford contractual or other legal guarantees.</p>
<p class="NoteEx">Note 2 First-party and third-party attestation activities are distinguished by the terms: <span class="AnchorInNote">declaration</span>, <span class="AnchorInNote">certification</span> and <span class="AnchorInNote">accreditation</span>. For second-party attestation, no special term is available.</p>
