(Note for tracking modifications of the refType entry. Each Entry starting with date of modification followed by text describing the modification.)

Note providing references on the definition of the refType. If the reference is a resolvable PID of a term in the web (e.g., an URL pointing to an entry of another online database of terms), then also an additional usage of a SKOS match relation should be considered.

An example for the application of the refType, e.g., comming from a guideline in metrology or an DCC application example.
