Indicates that the elements in the following structure are references (refIds) pointing elsewhere in the DCC, for example at a specific measurement.

Kennzeichnet, dass die Elemente in der folgenden Struktur als Referenzen zu anderen Stellen im DCC verwendet werden, z.B. um auf eine bestimmte Messung zu verweisen.
