Voltage pulse width

Time interval between the first and last instants at which the instantaneous value of a voltage pulse reaches a specified fraction of its pulse magnitude or a specified threshold.

Note: Unless otherwise specified, the threshold value is fixed at 90 % of the pulse magnitude.

Spannungsimpulsdauer

Zeitintervall zwischen dem ersten und dem letzten Zeitpunkt, in dem der Momentanwert eines Spannungsimpulses einen bestimmten Bruchteil seiner Impulsstärke oder einen bestimmten Schwellwert erreicht.

Anmerkung: Soweit nicht anders spezifiziert, beträgt der  Schwellwert 90% der Pulsamplitude.
