Information on the inhomogenity of the calibrated device

Zwei separate <dcc:valid> Elemente geben an, ob die Inhomogenität experimentell bestimmt oder nur geschätzt wurde sowie ob der Inhomogenitätsbeitrag als Unsicherheit in der Messunsicherheitsbilanz berücksichtigt wurde. Die DKD-R 5-3 fordert eine Berücksichtigung in der Messunsicherheit, der entsprechende Eintreg muss immer true gesetzt sein. Beide Einträge sind über refTypes referenziert. Eine menschenlesbare Beschreibung der Metadaten ist optional (hier nicht aufgeführt).

Two separate <dcc:valid> entries indicate whether inhomogenity was investigated experimentally, and whether contributions of inhomogenity are considered a part of the measurement uncertainty estimation. As DKD-R 5-3 requires inhomogenity to be included in uncertainty the relevant entry must be given true.
